BRAKE LIGHTS HAD WATER CONDENSATION INSIDE, CAUSING THE LEDS INSIDE TO SHORT OUT. THIS PREVENTS OTHER DRIVERS FROM BEING AWARE OF BRAKING, POTENTIALLY LEADING TO COLLISIONS.
