Consumer Description

WHILE DRIVING THE FORD EDGE HAS A COMPLETE LOSS OF POWER. THE WRENCH LIGHT AND BATTERY LIGHT CAME ON. THE POWER STEERING WOULD NOT WORK AND I HAD TO COAST TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. I TURNED OFF THE ENGINE AND WAS ABLE TO RESTART IT. THE MECHANIC WAS NOT ABLE TO REPLICATE IT. IT HAS HAPPENED MULTIPLE TIMES ALMOST CAUSING A WRECK EACH TIME WHILE DRIVING IN THE CITY. LUCKILY IT HAS NOT HAPPENED ON THE HIGHWAY. I HAVE HAD THE THROTTLE BODY REPLACED AS SUGGESTED IN THE FORUMS FOR THIS PROBLEM. HTTPS://WWW.CARGURUS.COM/CARS/DISCUSSION-T35446_DS471580
