Consumer Description

70,000 MILES ON MY DODGE ONLY BOUGHT/SERVICED FROM DODGE LARRY H MILLER. AURORA, COLORADO ONLY OWNER NO ACCIDENTS STEERING WHEEL COLUMN/ROD/WHEEL HAS COME OUT IN MY LAP NOW TWICE!!! ONCE WHILE DRIVING. HAPPENS WHEN I ADJUST THE STEERING WHEEL LEVER TO GO UP OR DOWN WAS FIXED OVER A MONTH AGO FOR THE FIRST INCIDENT (WARRANTY COVERED MOST) I STILL HAD TO PAY SOME OUT OF PICKET... HAPPENED AGAIN A FEW WEEKS AGO! IT HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP FOR OVER 20 DAYS FOR THE FIRST INCIDENT NOW I'LL NEED IT TO BE FIXED AGAIN.. SAME ISSUE VERY UNSAFE I COULD HAVE WRECKED HOW DOES THE STEERING WHEEL JUST COME OUT... TWICE!? FILED A CORPORATE COMPLAINT NOW TWICE WITH DODGE/CHRYSLER MY ALIGNMENT IS STILL OFF TIRES THAT ARE NEW ARE SMOKING DUE TO NOT BEING FIXED PROPERLY TOTAL CARE AUTO CERTIFIED PRE OWNED WARRANTY SENT ADJUSTER AND SAW THE FIRST INCIDENT AND PAID $$$ THOUSANDS TO FIX THIS. NOW IT HAS HAPPENED AGAIN... LOOKS LIKE IT HAS NEVER BEEN FIXED AND THE WHOLE ROD AND WHEEL ARE OUT AGAIN ONCE AGAIN MY CAR IS BROKEN AND NEEDS TO BE TOWED JUST BECAUSE I ADJUSTED THE STEERING WHEEL .... NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED ASAP! I WILL BE CONTACTING A LAWYER ABOUT LEMON LAW FOR STATE OF COLORADO THIS IS A VERY UNSAFE VEHICLE WHY DID OR IS THERE NO AIRBAG...
