TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS AT A STOP, AN ABNORMAL NOISE WAS HEARD FROM THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO ROCHESTER HILLS CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE RAM (1301 S ROCHESTER RD, ROCHESTER HILLS, MI 48307, (248) 652-9650) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE FLOORBOARD NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AND THE FRONT PIPE NUTS BOTH PULLED OUT OF THE REAR CROSS MEMBER, WHICH NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 120,000.
