TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 FORD FIESTA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE TRUNK LID FAILED TO CLOSE PROPERLY AND THE 'BOOT OPEN' WARNING INDICATOR WAS ILLUMINATED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO PALLOTTA FORD LINCOLN (LOCATED AT 4199 CLEVELAND RD, WOOSTER, OH 44691, (330) 345-6600), BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 32,682.
