TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 FORD EXPLORER. WHILE DRIVING AND ATTEMPTING TO TURN, THE STEERING WHEEL SEIZED AND THEN RETURNED TO ITS NORMAL POSITION. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO CROUSE FORD (11 ANTRIM BLVD, TANEYTOWN, MD 21787, (877) 782-7280) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE RACK AND PINION NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 90,000.
