Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 FORD F-250. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE HEATER FAILED TO OPERATE. THE CONTACT LIVED IN AN EXTREMELY COLD ENVIRONMENT. THE VEHICLE WAS DRIVEN TO SPRADELY FORD (4809 S COLLEGE AVE, FORT COLLINS, CO 80525, (970) 226-3673) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE GFI BOX NEEDED TO BE DISCONNECTED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT IF THEY DISCONNECTED THE GFI CORD, THEN THE HEATER WOULD NOT WORK AT ALL. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 5,000.
