Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 SUBARU LEGACY. WHILE DRIVING 15 MPH AND STOPPING AT A TRAFFIC LIGHT, THE VEHICLE SHUT OFF. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO RESTART THE VEHICLE AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AUSTIN SUBARU (LOCATED AT 8100 BURNET RD, AUSTIN, TX 78757, (512) 220-0930) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE TORQUE CONVERTER AND VALVE BODY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 130,000.
