Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 NISSAN PATHFINDER. WHILE DRIVING 10 MPH, THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL WAS APPLIED, BUT THE VEHICLE FAILED TO ACCELERATE AND STALLED. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO NALLEY NISSAN OF CUMMING (1310 BUFORD HWY, CUMMING, GA 30041, (678) 648-7290) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE STOP LAMP SWITCH NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 38,000.
