Consumer Description

MY HONDA CRV 2007 STEERING WHEEL AND IGNITION LOCKED ON ME. WHEN I TRIED TO START MY CAR THE KEY WENT INTO THE IGNITION BUT IT DIDN'T TURN. THE STEERING WHEEL WERE LOCKED. I HAD TO TOW MY CAR TO THE HONDA DEALER. ON MONDAY MORNING, I CONTACTED THE HONDA DEALER AND WAS TOLD THAT THE PROBLEM WAS THE IGNITION LOCK ASSEMBLY. HONDA KEPT MY VERTICAL FOR 2 DAYS. THEY HAD TO ORDER A PART TO REPLACE THE IGNITION. WHEN I ASKED HAS THIS HAPPENED TO ANY OTHER HONDA CRV, MR.DYLAN FRIZZELL SAID 1 OTHER HONDA CRV THAT HE KNEW OF AT THIS TIME. I SHOULD NOT BE OBLIGATED T0 PAY $742.00. MY HONDA CRV 2007 HAD THE AIRBAGS AND DOORS RECALLED CAUSING ME POTENTIAL DEATH. PLEASE GIVE ME A WRITTEN RESPONSE. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ASSISTANCE IN THIS MATTER.
