Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 DODGE AVENGER. WHILE DRIVING AT ANY SPEED, THE FRONT DRIVER'S SIDE HEADREST BEEPED AND THE HEADREST INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO DALLAS DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM (214-327-9361, LOCATED AT 11550 LYNDON B JOHNSON FWY, DALLAS, TX 75238) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE DRIVER'S SIDE HEADREST SENSOR WAS FAULTY AND THE HEADREST NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 130,000.
