SHIFTER CABLE AT TRANSMISSION LINKAGE BROKEN. WILL NOT SHIFT GEARS. VEHICLE WAS PARKED/TURNED OFF AT GAS PUMP. TURNED VEHICLE ON AND WOULD NOT GET OUT OF PARK/SHIFT GEARS. TOW TRUCK DRIVER TRIED BYPASS THE 'PARK' TO PUT VEHICLE IN NEUTRAL TO BE TOWED AND WAS NOT ABLE TO.
