Consumer Description

THE FIRST TIME THE POWER STEERING WENT OUT I WAS DRIVING IN TRAFFIC AND LOST CONTROL OF THE WHEEL, IT COMPLETELY LOCKED UP HAD TO HAVE IT TOWED TO THE DEALERSHIP IN PANAMA CITY, FL. THE SECOND TIME MY TEENAGE DAUGHTER WAS DRIVING IT AND THE SAME THING HAPPENED COMPLETE POWER STEERING FAILURE, AGAIN HAD IT TOWED TO THE DEALERSHIP AND THIS TIME HAD TO PAY FOR IT TO BE REPAIRED SINCE THE RECALL WAS COMPLETE ON IT. THE THIRD TIME WAS ON THE INTERSTATE DOING 70. ONCE AGAIN WE ARE HAVING TO HAVE IT TOWED TO THE DEALERSHIP WHICH CAN'T EVEN LOOK AT IT FOR A WEEK FROM NOW. COME ON ALREADY!! FORD NEEDS TO OWN THIS ISSUE BEFORE THERE IS A MAJOR LAWSUIT. FIX THESE CARS BEFORE THEY KILL SOMEONE! THIS IS EVERY YEAR AN ISSUE.
