NO THROTTLE, TPS CHANGED OUT 4 TPS S MERGING INTO INTERSTATE, THROTTLE FAILED- 18 WHEELER UP MY @$$. MATTER OF TIME, SERIOUS CHAIN OF EVENTS...NO THROTTLE, NO POWER,NO GO PARTS OF THIS DOCUMENT HAVE BEEN REDACTED TO PROTECT PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6).
