Consumer Description

I WENT THROUGH CHEETAH CAR WASH WITH MY 2018 DODGE DURANGO AND UPON EXITING THE CAR WASH AND RECEIVING GREEN SIGNAL TO DRIVE I SHIFTED FROM "N" TO "D" AND STARTED SLOWLY DRIVING TOWARD THE VACUUM CLEANING AREA. AS I WAS SLOWLY PULLING INTO THE PARKING LOT, THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY ACCELERATED AND HIT THE POST AND BUILDING, CAUSING IT TO STOP. I CALLED THE POLICE TO THE SCENE AND THEY HAD THE VEHICLE TOWED TO BASHAM TOWING SERVICE IN BOWLING GREEN, KY. PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS VEHICLE FOR MECHANICAL FAILURE, BECAUSE IF THIS HAD HAPPENED ON INTERSTATE, THIS COULD HAVE ENDED WAY WORSE.
