BRAKE LIGHTS FLICKER OFF AND ON. WHEN THE VEHICLE IS IN MOTION AND BRAKES ARE PRESSED, THE BRAKE LIGHTS DO NOT LIGHT UP. THIS CONTINUES TO HAPPEN WITH A NEW LIGHT BULB PLACED IN.
