Consumer Description
CUSTOMER WAS DRIVING DOWN THE HIGHWAY WHEN THE CABLE THAT HOLDS THE SPARE TIRE SNAPPED AND CAUSED THE SPARE TIRE TO FLY DOWN THE HIGHWAY, ENDANGERING THE LIVES OF OTHER DRIVERS.
