Consumer Description
INER TUBES INCORRECTLY INSTALLED. NUT MUST BE VISABLE. STEM WILL BREAK OFF CAUSING A BLOW OUT OR FLAT TIRE. COULD BE CATASTROPHIC FOR THE RIDER.
