Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE FAILED TO START UPON THE FIRST ATTEMPT, IT WOULD TAKE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS OF TURNING THE KEY IN THE IGNITION. THE FAILURE OCCURRED SEVERAL TIMES. ALL WARNING LIGHTS ILLUMINATED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO HUDSON VALLEY CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE RAM (200 AUTO PARK PL, NEWBURGH, NY 12550 (845) 562-4100) WHERE THE VEHICLE WAS DIAGNOSED BUT NO FAILURE WAS DETERMINED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 117,000.
