TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 GMC SIERRA 1500. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO ASTRO BUICK GMC (2238 WHITE HALL BLVD, WHITE HALL, WV 26554, (304) 366-4460) FOR THE AIR CONDITIONER NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE CONDENSER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 25,000.
