TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 DODGE CHARGER. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 40 MPH, THE STEERING ABILITY BECAME DIFFICULT. THE CONTACT DROVE THE VEHICLE TO A PARTS DEALER AND WAS INFORMED TO TAKE THE VEHICLE TO A DEALER. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO PARKWAY CHRYSLER DODGE (21560 HALL RD, CLINTON TOWNSHIP, MI 48038) WHERE IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE STEERING RACK NEEDED REPLACEMENT. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 61,000.
