TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 CHEVROLET TRAX. THE CONTACT STATED THAT NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 19V312000 (SUSPENSION) EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR REPAIR. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE ONSTAR SYSTEM INFORMED HER THAT THE VEHICLE HAD A RECALL. THE CONTACT SPOKE WITH MATTHEWS'HARFREAVES CHEVROLET (2000 TWELVE MILE ROAD, ROYAL OAK, MI, 48067, (248) 658-8649) AND WAS INFORMED THAT PARTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE FOR THE REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT THE PART WAS NOT AVAILABLE FOR REPAIR. THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE STEERING WHEEL WAS PULLING TO THE RIGHT. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 7,600. VIN TOOL CONFIRMS PARTS NOT AVAILABLE.
