YOUR 2017 CHRYSLER PACIFICA IS A PIECE OF CRAP. IT STINKS LIKE CRAP BECAUSE THE AIR STINKS WHEN IT COMES OUT OF THE VENTS ALMOST ALL THE TIME. WE ALREADY PAID $75 TO REPLACE THE FILTER. LESS THAN 6 MONTHS LATER WE'RE HAVING THIS EXACT SAME ISSUE. I SEE THAT IT MAY BE MOLD OR SOMETHING ACCORDING TO OTHER COMPLAINTS ON YOUR WEBSITE. I AM ALLERGIC TO MOLD AND IT'S TMAKING ME SICK. I DON'T THINK WE SHOULD HAVE TO FIX IT AGAIN AND I WANT IT FIXED PERMANENTLY. WHAT DO YOU PLAN ON DOING ABOUT THIS? I KNOW THAT IT'S A WELL KNOWN PROBLEM THAT OCCURS OFTEN BECAUSE I'VE SEEN COMPLAINTS ONLINE ABOUT IT.
