Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 HONDA CROSSTOUR. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE IGNITION MADE A LOUD, ABNORMAL SCREECHING NOISE, WHICH OCCURRED EVERY TIME THE VEHICLE WAS STARTED. IT ALSO TOOK MORE THAN A FEW ATTEMPTS TO START THE ENGINE. ALL THE WARNING INDICATORS WERE ILLUMINATED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 35,183.
