TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. WHEN THE CONTACT APPLIED THE BRAKES, THE VEHICLE STALLED. THE CONTACT SHIFTED INTO PARK AND RESTARTED THE VEHICLE. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC, BUT A FAILURE COULD NOT BE FOUND. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 115,000.
