Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 FORD EXPLORER. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE CONTACT SMELLED FUMES INSIDE THE VEHICLE. THE FUMES GAVE THE CONTACT HEADACHES. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. AN UNKNOWN DEALER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 33,000.
