Consumer Description

WENT TO RAM DEALER FOR RECALL #'S U61, U53, U07. WHEN VEHICLE WAS RETURNED AM NOW ABLE TO SHIFT FROM REVERSE TO DRIVE WITHOUT TOUCHING PARKING BRAKE WHILE VEHICLE IS IN MOTION. ALSO ABLE TO SHIFT FROM DRIVE TO REVERSE AND FROM DRIVE/REVERSE TO PARK WITHOUT TOUCHING BRAKE PEDAL. REPORTED PROBLEM TO DEALER 2/21/2019. DEALER HAS PROCRASTINATED IN FIXING ISSUE. NOTIFIED RAM CUSTOMER SERVICE 3/27/2019 TO HELP GET RECALL PROBLEM FIXED. DEALER STATED WOULD ORDER PART. NO CALLS AGAIN FROM DEALER. CALLED RAM CUSTOMER SERVICE 04/15/2019 AND PROBLEM HAS BEEN ELEVATED, BUT STILL NO FIX TO VEHICLE. DEALER AGAIN CALLED WITH NO SOLUTION TO CORRECT RECALL CREATED SAFETY ISSUE. AGAIN, VEHICLE CAN BE SHIFTED FROM DRIVE TO REVERSE WHILE VEHICLE IS IN MOTION WITHOUT TOUCHING BRAKE PEDAL.
