TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 DODGE RAM 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE STEERING WHEEL SEIZED APPROXIMATELY TWELVE TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO JOHN L SULLIVAN DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM (950 HARTER PKWY, YUBA CITY, CA 95993), BUT THEY WERE UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE OR REPAIR THE VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 154,645.
