Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 RAM 2500. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS UNDERGOING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE, THE INDEPENDENT MECHANIC NOTICED THAT THE TRACK BAR WAS CRACKED. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AUTONATION CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM ROSEVILLE (200 AUTOMALL DR, ROSEVILLE, CA 95661, (916) 467-8055). THE DEALER STATED THAT THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO ASSIST BECAUSE THE LIFT KIT INSTALLED ON THE VEHICLE CAUSED STRESS TO THE TRACK BAR. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 84,000.
