TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD FOCUS. WHILE PULLING OUT OF THE DRIVEWAY, THE VEHICLE HESITATED WITHOUT WARNING SINCE 2015. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO SENTRY FORD (4100 MYSTIC VALLEY PKWY, MEDFORD, MA 02155), BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE FAILURE WAS COMMON WITH THAT YEAR, MAKE, AND MODEL VEHICLE AND THEY WERE WORKING ON A REMEDY. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 15,000.
