Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 RAM 1500. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED, THERE WAS A KNOCKING NOISE COMING FROM THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE OF THE MOTOR. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT POWERED OFF THE ENGINE. THE VEHICLE WAS RESTARTED, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS LATER TAKEN TO SUSQUEHANNA CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (LOCATED AT 950 HELLAM ST, WRIGHTSVILLE, PA 17368, (717) 401-4005) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE LIFTER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS IN THE PROCESS OF BEING REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 29,650.
