Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 HYUNDAI SONATA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE EXTERIOR BRAKE LIGHTS REMAINED ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT HAD TO DISCONNECT THE BATTERY TO TURN OFF THE LIGHTS. ALSO, WHEN DEPRESSING THE BRAKE PEDAL, THE EXTERIOR BRAKE LIGHTS WOULD NOT ILLUMINATE. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 100,000.
