Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 BUICK LUCERNE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE DECELERATED WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT REPLACED THE FUSES AND FUEL PUMP SEVERAL TIMES, BUT THE VEHICLE CONTINUED TO DECELERATE. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO ULTIMATE GMC FREDERICKSBURG (5150 JEFFERSON DAVIS HWY, FREDERICKSBURG, VA 22408, (540) 693-2350), BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED BECAUSE THE CONTACT DID NOT HAVE A RECALL LETTER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 130,000.
