TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR PASSENGER DOOR FAILED TO OPEN. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO BARBER FORD (1112 N CHURCH ST, HAZLETON, PA 18202, (570) 454-2414) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE DOOR CABLE DETACHED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND REFERRED THE CONTACT TO NHTSA. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 40,141.
