Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 HONDA CR-V. WHILE INSPECTING THE VEHICLE, THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE OIL LEVEL WAS ABOVE THE FILL LINE. THE CONTACT ALSO SMELLED FUEL MIXED WITH THE OIL. THE MANUFACTURER REFERRED THE CONTACT TO TRACY HONDA (3450 AUTO PLAZA WAY, TRACY, CA 95304, (209) 832-1400). THE DEALER WAS AWARE OF FUEL MIXING WITH THE OIL AND DID NOT SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. THE CONTACT CALLED THE MANUFACTURER AND THEY DID NOT ASSIST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 11,000. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN.
