Consumer Description

BOUGHT TRUCK AS A CPO IN MAY 2015, A MONTH INTO OWNERSHIP ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON, CODE P26AB, ENGINE COOLANT BYPASS VALVE. CALLED THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY WERE ABLE TO GET ME INTO A LOCAL DEALERSHIP TO CHECK IT OUT. TECH SAID THEY DID NOT FIND ANYTHING, IT MUST BE AN OLD CODE THEY DID NOT ERASE. THEN ON 3/4/19 SAME CODE RETURNED, P26AB. THERE HAS BEEN A RECALL ON 2013 RAM FOR THE SAME PROBLEM.
