TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 NISSAN JUKE. WHILE DRIVING, THE VEHICLE IDLED ROUGHLY, STALLED, AND THERE WAS EXCESSIVE OIL CONSUMPTION. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE ENGINE TIMING WAS FAULTY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. NORTH WOODS NISSAN (2039 SUSQUEHANNA TRAIL, HUMMELS WHARF, PA) AND THE MANUFACTURER WERE NOTIFIED, BUT NO ASSISTANCE WAS OFFERED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 130,000.
