Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 TOYOTA CAMRY. WHILE DRIVING 15-20 MPH, THE POWER STEERING BECAME DIFFICULT TO MANEUVER WITHOUT WARNING. AS A RESULT, THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE CRASHED INTO A HANDICAP PLACARD SIGN POLE. THERE WERE NO INJURIES. A POLICE REPORT WAS NOT FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE CONTACT'S RESIDENCE. CONSUMER (ROBERT JONES) REPLACED LOWER CONTROLL HAND AND BROUGHT A NEW RIM (DRIVER'S SIDE OF CAR) DAMAGE CONTROL AND MAG WHEEL. KEN GANLEY TOYOTA (LOCATED AT 1110 CLAIRTON BLVD, PLEASANT HILLS, PA 15236, (412) 469-3000) AND THE MANUFACTURER WERE NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 45,000. *TT*JB
