Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE TRANSMISSION WAS FAULTY AND THE GEAR LEVER WOULD NOT SHIFT INTO THE PROPER GEAR. WHENEVER THE TRANSMISSION WAS PROPERLY IN GEAR, THE TRANSMISSION MADE AN ABNORMAL TREMBLING SOUND AND THE CHECK ENGINE INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE CONTACT'S HOME. THE CONTACT CALLED JEEP DODGE AUTO ONTARIO (1202 AUTO CENTER DR, ONTARIO, CA 91761, (909) 906-7097) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT A NEW TRANSMISSION NEEDED TO BE INSTALLED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 62,000. THE VIN WAS INVALID.
