TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 DODGE CHARGER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS WORKED INTERMITTENTLY AND LATER SEIZED COMPLETELY. THE CONTACT HAD TO USE THE HIGH BEAM HEADLIGHTS ONLY. THERE WAS NO WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
