Consumer Description

PRE COLLISION SYSTEM(PCS) IS NOT WORKING. THE TWO PROBLEMS ARE 1. THE PCS OFF LIGHT COMES ON DASH WHEN THE PCS IS ON AS EVIDENCED BY THE PHOTOS. 2. THE PCS SYSTEM DOES NOT APPLY THE BRAKES IN A NEAR COLLISION. CAR WAS TAKEN INTO TOYOTA OF GREENVILLE AND WE WERE TOLD THAT THIS WAS A PROBLEM WITH OTHER TOYOTAS BUT THEY DID NOT HAVE A SOLUTION. NOW WE ARE STUCK WITH A CAR WITH A FAULTY SAFETY FEATURE.
