TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 HONDA CR-V. THE CONTACT NOTICED AN ABNORMAL FUEL ODOR WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS BEING DRIVEN. THE CONTACT CHECKED THE DIPSTICK AND NOTICED FUEL IN THE ENGINE OIL. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO TEAM HONDA (LOCATED AT 4613 E LINCOLN HWY, MERRILLVILLE, IN 46410, (219) 947-3900) TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE VEHICLE WAS SERVICED PER MANUFACTURER COMMUNICATION NUMBER: APAS12142018901 (EQUIPMENT, ENGINE). THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 4,000.
