MY REAR WINDOW SHATTERED ON A COLD MORNING WITH NO IMPACT. I SUSPECT THE REAR DEFROSTER WAS FAULTY. GLASS GUY SAID HE REPLACED THIS WINDOW ALL THE TIME WITH THAT COMPLAINT.
