TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 BMW X6. AFTER FUELING THE VEHICLE, THE CONTACT DROVE OFF AND THE VEHICLE DECELERATED AND SHUT OFF. IN ADDITION, THE CHECK ENGINE INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO BMW OF LAS VEGAS (6900 W SAHARA AVE, LAS VEGAS, NV 89117, (702) 570-0279), BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT HAVE THE VEHICLE REPAIRED UNLESS IT WAS FREE OF CHARGE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 72,000.
