Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 CHEVROLET MALIBU. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DEFROST SYSTEM WAS INOPERABLE AND THE INDICATOR WOULD NOT ILLUMINATE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND STATED THAT THE REPAIR WOULD BE AN OUT OF POCKET EXPENSE SINCE THERE WAS NO RECALL. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 69,934.
