Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 GMC SIERRA 1500 EQUIPPED WITH BRIDGESTONE DUELER 684 TIRES, SIZE: 255/70/17 (NA). THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO BE SERVICED AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE TIRES WERE PEELING, CRACKING, AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO FIRESTONE COMPLETE AUTO CARE (LOCATED AT 4835 LANKERSHIM BLVD, NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA 91601, (818) 824-5973) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE TIRES WERE SAFE. THE TIRES WERE NOT REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND INFORMED THE CONTACT TO TAKE THE VEHICLE TO FIRESTONE. THE APPROXIMATE TIRE AND VEHICLE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 13,800.
