TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 BUICK LUCERNE. THE CONTACT NOTICED OIL LEAKING UNDERNEATH THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE HEAD GASKET FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER TO BE DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 86,000. *TT CONSUMER STATED VEHICLE DIAGNOSED OIL LEAD CAN ONLY BE FIXED BY HAVING THE ENGINE REPLACED.*JB
