TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS, IT WAS DIFFICULT TO START THE VEHICLE. ADDITIONALLY, THE KEY SEIZED IN THE IGNITION. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO PARKWAY CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (LOCATED AT 21560 HALL RD, CLINTON TWP, MI 48038, (586) 465-7210) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THERE WAS AN ELECTRICAL SHORTAGE IN THE WIN MODULE. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE WIN MODULE AND KEYS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V567000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM). THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 119,000.
