WHEN I CRANK MY HUMMER H3 UP ON COLD MORNINGS IT DONT START,SOMETIMES IT STARTS AND THEN CUTS OFF ON WARM DAYS NO PROBLEM.IS THERE A RECALL ON THIS PRODUCT IT SEEMS THAT THERE ARE MANY COMPLAINTS ON THIS ISSUE.
