TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 FORD F-150. WHILE THE CONTACT WAS EXITING THE VEHICLE AND CLOSING THE FRONT DRIVER'S DOOR, THE ENTIRE REAR WINDOW SHATTERED WITHOUT IMPACT. THE CONTACT CALLED JONES-WEST FORD AT (775) 329-8800 (LOCATED AT 3600 KIETZKE LN, RENO, NV 89502) AND WAS INFORMED TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER OR AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING OR REPAIRS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND PROVIDED CASE NUMBER: 16916217. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 36,000.
